Vegan Friendly Korean Food Cooking Class
Come and join our cooking class to learn how to cook your own vegan friendly Korean food the easy way so you can actually make it yourself at home with the simplest ingredients!
What makes Korean food special is there are a lot of menu that only have vegetables or vegan friendly ingredients in it, varying form main dish and side dish to desserts.
You can replace meat/non‑vegan friendly ingredients in Korean menu and it would still taste authentic.
In this vegan‑friendly Korean food offline cooking class, we will teach how to make two menus: vegan version of soft bean curd jjigae (sundubu jjigae) and Korean green onion pancake (pajeon).
The cooking class will be conducted through the chef’s demonstration followed by actual cooking. (Not just cooking demonstration) When the food is prepared, the students can all gather and eat the finished menu in the dining area. (English recipe provided)
